Upper back stretch (hands behind back) with strap

Stand up straight with your arms by your sides.
Holding a strap or towel in one hand, lift this arm straight up with your elbow by your ear.
Drop your hand down the back of your neck and reach it down your back as far as you can manage.
Allow the strap to dangle down your back.
With your other arm, reach behind your lower back and slide your hand up your spine reaching for the strap.
Walk this hand up the strap, aiming to reach your lower hand to your upper hand.
Squeeze your shoulders blades together and move your elbows back as far as you can manage comfortably.
Hold this position.
