Ulnar nerve flossing

Stand up straight and make a circle between your index finger and thumb on your affected hand.
Hold your arm out to the side with your elbow bent and your palm facing away from you.
Bring your palm in towards the side of your head while simultaneously tilting your head towards your arm.
Move your arm away and tilt your head away at the same time.
Repeat the sequence in a fluid movement.
Ensure you do not over stretch.
