Two point kneeling static
Kneel on a mat with a stable surface in front of you around waist height.
Place both of your hands on the surface.
Extend through your hips so that your body is up tall.
Your shoulders, hips, and knees should be in alignment.
Maintain this position as you lift your hands away from the surface and maintain your balance.
Required equipment: Mat, Adjustable plinth/bed
