TMJ dynamic depression
Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Relax your jaw and fold your tongue backwards on your palate.
Keep your tongue on the same position against the palate while slowly opening your mouth.
When you cannot open your mouth further without losing contact with the palate, gently close your mouth again.
