Sustained prop in long sitting

Sit upright with your legs out in front of you.
Shift your weight from side to side to walk your hands forward on the bed.
When you are as far forward as you can go place your hands on your legs.
Hold onto your legs as you relax into this forward lean position.
Bring your hands back onto the bed.
Shift your weight from side to side to walk your hands back to the start.
