Sleeper stretch - Side lying shoulder internal rotation
Lie on your back with your arms by your sides and then turn towards your affected side.
Lift your lowermost arm out in front of you with your elbow bent to 90 degrees.
Keeping your elbow in place turn your forearm inwards taking your hand towards the surface.
Gently help with your uppermost hand to increase the stretch in your shoulder.
Hold the stretch for a moment and then relax.
