Pullover with dumbbells

Lie on a bench holding a dumbbell directly overhead with your arms fully extended, and your abdominals tensed.
Lower your arms back down over your head without bending your elbows, and then return to the starting position.
Continue for the required number of repetitions in a fluid, controlled manner.
