Prone lumbar extension stretch over gym ball

Kneel down in front of a stability ball.
Slowly move forwards over the ball until your pelvis is resting on the ball.
Place your hands on either side of the ball.
Push through your hands and extend your spine as far as you comfortably can.
Hold this position.
Lower back down.
