Prone elbow flexion strengthening – Modified BRRM

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your front with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand in front of you.
Rest the hand of your unaffected arm on your assistants hand.
Hold your assistants other hand with your affected arm.
Start with your elbow straight and your arm reached out in front of you.
On your assistant's command, pull through your affected arm against your helpers resistance.
You shall move through the water towards your assistant.
Return to the start position and repeat.

Required equipment: Assistant, Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle
