Plyometrics – pogo jump – in and out of cones

Place ten cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Starting on cone one with your feet close together and your hands on your hips, perform three two-footed jumps on the spot with as little time in contact with the ground as possible.
Continue jumping as you travel in the direction of the second cone then weave in and out of cones three, four and five.
Continue around cone six then weave through cones seven, eight, nine and ten and back to cone one.
Repeat.
