Stand upright with your arms by your sides.
Raise one arm and move the opposite leg forward at the same time switching sides as you progress in a marching motion.
Start the exercise slowly then increase the speed of the motion as you continue.
Keep switching your legs, moving them out and upwards in front of you with your arms swinging freely.
Keep your knees straight and your feet Dorsi flexed, pointed to the ceiling as you raise your leg.
Maintain good balance between both legs and keep your abdominals pulled in throughout.
