Cable machine single arm seated row

Ensure the pulley is at the lower position and grasp the handle with one hand.
Slowly sit down and extend your legs until there is only a slight bend in your knees.
Take control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handle in towards you, keeping your arm close to your body.
Finish with your arm parallel to your body, before allowing the weight to return to the start position.
