AAROM wrist pronation/supination
Sit upright with a table in front of you.
Place your weaker arm onto the table with your elbow bent.
Using your stronger arm to help complete the movements turn your wrist over so your palm faces up.
Then turn it back over to place your palm on the table.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
